My name is Goeun, and I am excited to introduce myself as a passionate and dedicated Korean teacher.
Initially, I taught English to Korean students, driven by my love for teaching and the English language. Everything changed when I had the opportunity to volunteer as a Korean teacher at a language exchange cafe. The experience was transformative. Teaching Korean, my native language, gave me newfound confidence. I developed a strong desire to teach Korean professionally and pursued certification and soon began teaching Korean online.
This journey has allowed me to share my passion for the Korean language and culture with students from around the world, enriching both my career and personal life. I have taught Korean at various levels, from beginners to advanced students, and received positive feedback for my engaging teaching style. My teaching philosophy is encapsulated in the phrase "어려운 걸 쉽게, 쉬운 걸 재밌게," which means "Make the difficult easy, and the easy enjoyable."
This approach guides my creation of video courses, ensuring that complex concepts are broken down into manageable, understandable lessons while keeping the simpler aspects engaging and fun. I'm inspired by the progress my students make and their growing love for the Korean language and culture. By integrating practical examples and cultural insights, I aim to make learning Korean an enjoyable and enriching experience for all my students.

COURSE CONTENT
The course is designed for English speakers. Because English and Korean are very different languages, I explain things in English for most of the course so that you can understand the main concepts more easily, and the transition to Korean is smoother and easier to understand.
No previous knowledge of the language is required.
The beginner's course is designed for those who are starting from scratch, which is why it starts from the absolute basics. However, the course is also perfect for advanced beginners, as the difficulty of the lessons will gradually increase.

This video shows what the courses, videos and additional materials look like.
The course is divided into several sections, containing the more than 70 video lessons and exercises. I recommend watching the sessions in order, as the course offers a sequential and logical learning path.
Remember that you can always go back and watch the lessons as often as needed.
All videos are in FULL HD and you can adjust the speed, audio and quality.
In all my videos, I try to use as many visual elements as possible, such as pictures, tables, and graphs. At the same time, you can also see me talking directly to you, making the lessons as engaging and entertaining as possible.
